『亞 洲 企 業 中 心 』 位 於 高 雄 中 山 路 與 三 多 路 的 圓 環 交 口 ， 業 主 為 亞 洲 水 泥 股 份 有 限 公 司 ， 本 案 屬 於 複 合 式 使 用 的 規 劃 設 計 ， 基 地 面 積 5400坪 ， 總 開 發 量 達 130000坪 。 預 計 分 兩 期 開 發 ， 第 一 期 興 建 融 合 百 貨 、 娛 樂 與 旅 館 使 用 之 25層 綜 合 商 業 大 樓 ， 第 二 期 開 發 以 辦 公 室 為 主 的 103層 大 樓 。
本 案 設 計 重 點 在 於 將 不 同 的 商 業 使 用 空 間 與 捷 運 系 統 銜 接 ， 並 由 開 放 空 間 導 引 及 聚 集 人 潮 ， 藉 此 創 造 商 機 ， 使 其 成 為 大 高 雄 地 區 集 休 閒 、 娛 樂 、 購 物 、 辦 公 室 等 功 能 為 一 體 的 市 民 中 心 。
Asia Plaza is a mixed-use project developed by Asia Cement Company. The site is located at the intersection of Chung-San Road and San-Doo Road with an area around 18000m2. The total floor area measures up to 430000m2. The first phase of this two-stage development includes a department store, a recreational center and a 300-room hotel. Phase two constructs a 103-story building primarily for office usage.
The goal of this project is to connect the multi-disciplinary commercial usages with the underground mass transit system. Open space is designed to attract the crowd and to facilitate commercial activities. Asia Plaza will become the civic center of the greater metropolitan of Kaohsiung city for recreation entertainment, shopping and office uses.
